  • NO Coffees
  • Sugars
  • Carbs
  • Stimulants OR
  • Drugs

….at least 5 hours before or if possible at all on the day of your float.

If you intend eating before your float – please try to complete your meal at least two hours prior to your float.

  • DON’T WAX OR SHAVE 24 HOURS BEFORE
  • LET CLINIC KNOW IF YOU MAY NEED ASSISTANCE GETTING IN AND OUT OF TANK, I.E.
  • ANXIETY,
  • DISABILITY,
  • AGE RELATED MOBILITY ISSUES,
  • INJURY OR
  • WEIGHT ISSUE.

This provides us with the opportunity to ensure that extra assistance can be pre-arranged.
